Carrier Account Executive

About the role

CtrlChain, which has built a platform to simplify and modernise transport and logistics over eight years, is growing its carrier network across Europe. The Carrier Account Executive owns a portfolio of carriers, expands capacity and improves margins while supporting Sales in winning new business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the carrier network, expanding the carrier base for existing and new lanes and ensuring strong capacity coverage.
• Identify and onboard new carriers, activating them in CtrlChain systems and driving full system adoption and automation.
• Work closely with Sales on RFPs and new business, providing competitive carrier solutions and fast turnaround.
• Monitor carrier KPIs and improve service performance (reliability, responsiveness) and margin through better carrier selection.
• Keep carrier data accurate and complete, and provide insights for pricing, planning and strategy.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in transport, freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Experience with carrier onboarding, communication and daily operations.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and with a system-first mindset.
• Structured, responsive and takes ownership.
• Professional English and Spanish; a third European language (ideally German, French or Polish) is preferred.
