About the role
We are seeking a Catalan‑English bilingual marketing specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversation scripts to improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Measure chatbot progress by conducting bilingual conversations.
- Generate novel dialogue examples to teach desired responses.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Catalan.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar and style.
- Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
