Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition strategy within a fast‑growing ecommerce environment in Spain. You will lead the evolution of paid media operations, manage external agencies, and build the foundation for future in‑house capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and emerging channels.
• Manage external agencies, set performance expectations and ensure accountability.
• Transition selected paid media activities from agency‑led to internal ownership.
• Optimize campaigns – targeting, bidding, creative testing and overall performance.
• Oversee Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta advertising (prospecting, retargeting, product launches).
• Explore new acquisition opportunities such as affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting dashboards and track ROI, revenue contribution and acquisition efficiency.
• Collaborate with merchandising, lifecycle marketing, creative and sales teams to align paid campaigns with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Data‑driven performance marketing professional with strong expertise in paid acquisition.
• Proven experience managing agencies and driving ecommerce growth.
• Comfortable owning revenue‑focused metrics and making strategic decisions.
