Change Manager (Training Focus)

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences business and IT consultancy, is looking for a Change Manager with a strong background in training and user adoption. The role supports transformation initiatives and ensures successful organizational change, with a focus on consulting experience, stakeholder engagement, training strategy and end-user readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Assess change impacts and support stakeholder engagement
• Create and deliver training materials, user guides and communication content
• Run training sessions and workshops for end users and business stakeholders
• Drive user adoption and business readiness for new processes and systems
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders and subject matter experts
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback and support communication planning and readiness activities

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Training or a related consulting role
• Experience in a consulting environment
• Proven track record designing and delivering training programs
• Experience supporting business transformation or system implementation projects
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Preferred: ERP, HCM, CRM or digital transformation experience; familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR; e-learning content creation
