Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Mallorca New Opening)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for LOEWE’s new store in Mallorca, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service, build lasting client relationships, and help the store achieve its sales targets in a fast‑moving, ambitious luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally to provide memorable experiences.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, messages or personalized notes.
• Convey LOEWE’s brand history, heritage and product storytelling.
• Highlight product categories through deep product knowledge.
• Develop and update a client book using company tools.
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store standards.
• Keep the store organized, clean and secure, both front‑ and back‑of‑house.
• Support inventory management and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards and behavior guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team results.
• Background in a customer‑centric luxury retail role.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded and adaptable attitude.
• Confident, service‑oriented and empathetic communication style.
• Results‑driven commercial mindset while maintaining a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
