Client Engagement Services Specialist

About the role

Gartner is looking for a Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialist in Barcelona. CES Specialists engage directly with clients or internal stakeholders to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts, acting as a connector between clients and the analyst community to solve clients' most pressing technology and business questions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client needs and identify the most relevant Gartner Analyst to handle each request
• Provide research and resources to business leaders to help them improve their businesses
• Partner with internal stakeholders on client needs
• Read industry research and develop an understanding of complex topics
• Deliver executive-level customer service
• Build strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receive unlimited access to all Gartner research content

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
• Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Works well in a team environment
• Growth mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Strong interest in business and technology and a willingness to learn
