Clinical Application Specialist - Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring

About the role

Philips is looking for a Clinical Application Specialist for its Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring business in Madrid. You will provide clinical customer support, decision support and training for products and solutions, and support the Connected Care business, which works mainly with patient monitoring systems. You will report directly to the Clinical Application Specialist Lead in Spain. This is a field role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical decision support through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Give technical expertise to customers and users and train them on optimal use of the products.
• Help sales staff assess how company products fit customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for customer applications and solutions.
• Support new product launches, customer trainings, seminar and workshop preparation, and customer visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering or a related healthcare/clinical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or impactful work collaborating with hospital stakeholders or within hospital business.
• Knowledge of clinical environments and the patient monitoring portfolio.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, organisation, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Able and willing to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools.
• Field work, with onsite roles requiring full-time presence in company facilities.

What we offer

• Base salary range of 41,098.75 to 45,680.00 EUR.
• Eligibility for bonus and incentives linked to KPIs and company results.
