Cocinero/a para Palacio San Juan – Royal Hideaway

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team at Palacio San Juan, a Royal Hideaway hotel. The successful candidate will work under the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all recipes according to the technical sheets of the established menu cycle.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and report to the Head Chef.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management and purchasing activities.
• Participate in cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration and restocking of food items.
• Support receipt and storage of food supplies following established procedures.
• Carry out tasks in compliance with current safety, hygiene and legislation requirements.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with creativity, stress tolerance and problem‑solving ability.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
