About the role
We are looking for a motivated Room Attendant to join the team at the Santa Catalina Royal Hideaway Hotel. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy and ready for guests, supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform auxiliary cleaning tasks and arrange floors and public areas.
- Prepare, transport and collect cleaning materials and products for rooms and internal spaces.
- Organise meeting rooms, convention spaces and other functional areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and support other housekeeping duties.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service and physically demanding work.
- Strong motivation to serve guests.
- Good communication abilities.
