Waiter / Waitress at Santa Catalina, Royal Hideaway

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway hotel. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements and ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Provide direct assistance to guests during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools required for service.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Formal training in HACCP (APPCC) food safety standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Team‑player with ability to work under pressure.
• Good personal presentation and strong customer‑orientation.
