Cold Calling Sales Specialist - B2B Tech Solutions (Alicante, Hybrid)

About the role

Blue Code, a Dutch-Spanish tech company based in Alicante, is hiring a Cold Calling Sales Specialist to generate new B2B business opportunities for its tech services in the BENELUX, UK and Ireland markets. The role suits a high-energy outbound sales professional who enjoys high-volume calling, clear targets and opening real B2B opportunities for senior closers. The work model is hybrid, typically 50% office in Alicante and 50% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target companies and identify the right decision makers
• Cold call daily to generate qualified leads and book meetings
• Run structured follow-up sequences by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify needs, timing, stakeholders and next steps
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, follow-ups and pipeline stages
• Hit clear weekly activity and meeting targets

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in outbound sales and cold calling (B2B preferred)
• Expected result: 2-5 qualified leads per week
• Strong English (C1 or higher is a must) and confidence on the phone
• Comfortable working with clear targets, organised and consistent
• Able to work hybrid with regular office time in Alicante

Required skills

• Nice to have: experience in IT services, recruitment, staffing, nearshoring or SaaS
• Nice to have: Dutch is a strong advantage (French also welcome)
• Nice to have: experience using a CRM and prospecting tools
