Commercial Systems Trainee

About the role

The RHG Revenue Team is looking for a Commercial Systems Trainee to join The Club, its revenue community based in Madrid. The trainee supports the Revenue Team in implementing and keeping accurate the hotel revenue strategy across revenue-related systems such as CRS, PMS and third-party partners, including daily rate checks, contracted rate implementation, room availability and inventory allocation, and regular system audits. The start date is January 2027 and the duration is 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Rate management: load new rate requests within SLA, including corporate negotiated rates, group rates, pricing structures, room types, third-party partner rollouts, loyalty offers and promotions (25%)
• Channel and CRS maintenance: adjust and review rates and availability via CRS, channel managers or operators' extranets and send the right information to channels (25%)
• Pricing and yield management: implement Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decisions across channels and systems (20%)
• CRS auditing: ensure CRS accuracy through audit (20%)
• Support revenue optimization projects such as new pricing models and room types (10%)

Required profile

• Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a school or university
• Fluent English, written and spoken; only applications submitted in English will be considered
• Good communication and social skills, trustworthy, well organized, flexible, self-driven and with a modern digital mindset

Required skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of CRS and PMS systems
