Community Recruitment Officer (Barcelona)

About the role

As a Community Recruitment Officer you will bridge client needs with the right freelance and consulting talent, building a vibrant ecosystem of experts in Barcelona. You will combine recruitment, business insight, and community development to deliver high‑quality matches.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify freelancers and consulting partners through LinkedIn, CRM and community channels.
• Assess skills and motivations to ensure strong project fit.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and propose the most relevant profiles.
• Develop and animate a community of freelancers and partners, leading events, outreach and content initiatives.
• Maintain and enrich a structured CRM, tracking KPIs such as conversion rate, engagement and responsiveness.
• Build and manage relationships with ESN and consulting firms, identifying new partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools with internal teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, HR or a related field.
• First experience in recruitment (internship or apprenticeship acceptable), preferably in IT, digital or consulting.
• Fluent in French and comfortable working in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, structured, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to take ownership and help shape a growing activity.
