Compensation & Benefits HR Specialist (Temp Agency)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Compensation & Benefits HR Specialist to join its Getafe (Madrid) team. The role focuses on managing employee benefits, supporting compensation processes, and collaborating with key HR partners across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and implement company benefits policies, including company car, health and life insurance.
• Manage existing suppliers and external advisors, and identify additional providers when needed.
• Oversee invoicing and internal C&B administrative processes.
• Advise HR Business Partners and business units on compensation and benefits policies.
• Provide on‑demand C&B analysis for specific topics.
• Prepare benchmark studies of comparable companies for benefits and other C&B matters.
• Support salary structure, salary campaigns, and grading processes.
• Collaborate with payroll, labour relations, and other HR stakeholders.
• Participate in transnational C&B projects.

Required profile

• Degree level education in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in similar compensation and benefits roles.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong flexibility, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
