Content Creation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Creation Specialist to join our remote‑first team in Spain. The role focuses on producing engaging visual and short‑form video assets for social‑media platforms, helping to boost brand visibility and community interaction. You will work closely with marketing, community and creative teams to deliver consistent storytelling across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling social‑media assets that follow brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Produce, edit and optimise short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of creative concepts and messaging.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline production workflows and maintain high visual quality.
• Develop reusable templates, motion graphics and lightweight animations for marketing use.
• Monitor social‑media trends and platform best practices to continuously improve performance.
• Support community initiatives by delivering creative assets for contests, updates and promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in roles such as Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer or Creative Content Artist.
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting tight deadlines.
