Corporate PR & Communications Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Corporate PR & Communications Manager for EMEA will lead the external public‑relations strategy across Europe, strengthening Iberostar’s visibility and reputation. Reporting to the Corporate PR & Institutional Relations Director, you will ensure a consistent narrative that aligns with business objectives and the company’s sustainability agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a communication plan for Spain and international European markets.
• Oversee corporate narrative creation, drafting internal and external materials, and preparing spokespeople.
• Manage the press office: handle media enquiries, draft Q&As, thought‑leadership pieces, press releases, and other assets.
• Organise interviews, coordinate events, and manage speaker participation in European forums.
• Provide strategic counsel and media training to company spokespeople.
• Act as primary contact for international PR agencies and evaluate KPI performance.
• Integrate sustainability milestones into the communication plan to generate newsworthy content.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong management capabilities.
• Experience in corporate public relations within a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to align communication initiatives with business and sustainability goals.
