Creative Producer – Remote (EU) Contractor

About the role

MiraMira is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact video ads for our hormonal health brand. Working remotely across the EU, you will generate more than 20 video concepts each month, including at least 10 UGC‑driven pieces, while aligning with our established creative strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 20+ high‑quality video creative concepts per month based on product data, performance insights, competitor ads, and social trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear calls‑to‑action optimized for paid social.
• Produce at least 10 UGC videos monthly, managing the full production cycle from casting to final delivery.
• Coordinate creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely, launch‑ready assets.
• Review and provide actionable feedback on creator submissions, editor cuts, and designer assets to maintain quality standards.
• Adapt successful ad formats and trends to MiraMira’s brand while staying within the creative strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance‑driven video ads, UGC content, or paid‑social creatives.
• Proven ability to write scripts for UGC creators and direct‑response video ads.
• Experience managing creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok paid‑social platforms and what drives ad performance.
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate insights into new concepts.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple productions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
