CRM Consultant - Dynamics 365

About the role

As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you will act as a learned professional who applies subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for clients across all phases of Avanade projects. You will liaise between clients and project teams made up of Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End (UX) Architects and other CE professionals. The role offers the chance to work for Microsoft's partner with strong focus on personal development and training.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on how to use technology to solve business problems
• Develop applications, write complex code, test applications and design components
• Write technical specifications and work with the functional team so requirements are understood
• Prototype, configure and test business processes
• Help design conceptual architecture and technical solutions
• Use KPIs to measure and test project quality
• Identify potential challenges and support continuous improvement through the CRM system

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Unified Service Desk
• Experience collaborating with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects
• Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
• Analytical, curious and agile; team player and good communicator; problem-solver, patient and quality-driven; self-motivated with an innovative mindset
