Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

About the role

IQVIA's AI and Technology Solutions organization is building agentic AI systems that can reason, plan and act to streamline clinical trial workflows. It is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead early-stage, AI-native initiatives that apply Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows, ranging from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions. This is a hands-on product leadership role combining strategy, stakeholder engagement and execution, working closely with AI, engineering and clinical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
• Lead several early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, collaborative model
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality and cost efficiency

Required profile

• Product Manager or Senior Product Manager experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong product judgment and ability to work with limited information
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bonus points: clinical development, healthcare or regulated industry experience; hands-on exposure to Generative or Agentic AI; familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain-based patterns, AutoGen or CrewAI; experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
