CRM Intern

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for a CRM intern in Barcelona. The intern supports the rollout, execution and optimization of high-impact omnichannel campaigns within the CRM team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push app, web push)
• Work on customer segmentation and message personalization to maximize engagement
• Assist in customer journey mapping and optimize lifecycle marketing touchpoints
• Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, focusing on sales performance and marketing metrics
• Take part in A/B testing, post-campaign reporting and data-driven recommendations
• Carry out market benchmarks and competitive intelligence on CRM trends and automation best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM execution with business goals

Required profile

• Master's student in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication or Business
• Strong analytical skills focused on data analysis, sales metrics and KPI tracking
• Rigorous, structured and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• High interest in CRM, marketing automation and customer segmentation
• Proactive, eager to learn and enthusiastic about testing new marketing initiatives
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027
• Previous experience in tourism, travel or hospitality is valuable

Required skills

• Native French speaker; English proficiency is a plus
• KPI monitoring and A/B testing
