CSO Interventions Volume Planner

About the role

The Interventions Volume Planner supports planning, forecasting and performance management for assigned service segments, product lines or geographies. Working with Finance, Business Management, Operations, Quality and Segment teams, the planner consolidates data, builds forecasts, analyses trends and recommends actions. The role sits within established planning frameworks and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational forecasts and support monthly Flash, Budget and Long-Term Planning cycles.
• Consolidate planning assumptions from multiple stakeholders and identify forecast variances, recommending corrective actions.
• Analyse operational and financial performance against plan, prepare variance analysis and explain key business drivers.
• Monitor trends, risks and opportunities, and generate recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Support leadership reviews and partner with teams to validate planning assumptions.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency, including supporting automation initiatives.
• Maintain planning documentation, perform data validation and reconciliation, and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning or a related field; an advanced degree with little or no experience is also acceptable.
• Exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools.
