Senior Iberia Enduser Business Analyst

About the role

This role drives the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives, providing analysis and advice to management across domains and managing cross-functional teams. It builds complex statistical and financial models for forecasting, defines KPIs and metrics to measure business performance, and contributes to priority projects with insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and identify recommendations and insights.
• Build complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance and coach others on model development.
• Establish metrics to measure performance and develop processes for identifying and addressing performance gaps.
• Manage complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepare synthesized intelligence reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business planning activities and partner with business leaders to develop plans and spot new opportunities.
• Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
• Identify advanced analytical tools, models and methods for key business decisions.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research or a related field.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
