Custom Recruitment Coordinator (Spanish Speaking) - EU Hours

About the role

M3 is a Japanese global provider of technological and research solutions for the healthcare industry, offering market research, medical education, clinical development, job recruitment and clinic appointment services. Its M3 EU business unit serves large pharmaceutical clients across Europe. The Custom Recruitment Coordinator creates and implements a custom recruitment plan for allocated qualitative and quantitative projects, executes the related tasks within budget and timelines, and liaises with stakeholders to increase internal completions and panel growth. Working hours are in the EU time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Understand custom recruitment strategies for quantitative and qualitative studies and coordinate efforts for up to 25 live projects
• Use recruitment platforms and tools such as proprietary recruitment systems, bulk email/SMS platforms, survey systems, social media and marketing channels
• Attend project meetings with project managers, share notes and create a custom recruiting strategy for each project, adjusting it to maximise internal samples and meet client needs and profit targets
• Recommend alternative sampling strategies to improve response rates and reduce costs, and help grow the M3 Global Research panel
• Communicate recruitment updates, status and issues to project teams regularly
• Give feedback on project feasibility and suggest improvements to sampling, emailing and reporting tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required
• 0-1 year of market research experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Interest in or exposure to the healthcare space
• Strong critical thinking, autonomy, time management and attention to detail
