Customer Delivery Manager (French-speaking)

About the role

HP is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager based in Sant Cugat del Valles who speaks French. The role covers strategy on escalation, change management and cost management for all service delivery needs, oversees high-risk projects, leads cross-functional teams and ensures SLA delivery and policy compliance. It also involves proactive issue management, transformation optimization and scope, resource and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategies on performance metrics, escalation, change management and customer communication
• Own expense and cost targets for service delivery, developing, implementing and monitoring expense controls
• Manage high-risk projects, lead cross-functional teams and implement corrective actions
• Oversee timely SLA delivery, manage vendor negotiations and contribute to account and strategic plans
• Identify revenue opportunities, ensure policy compliance and contribute to organizational goals
• Drive cross-organization optimization, lead knowledge management and improve customer engagement
• Develop solutions, take part in presales and change order negotiations, and approve delivery capability and cost solutions
• Lead complex projects, exercise independent judgment and mentor lower-level employees

Required profile

• Recommended four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience
• Typically 7-10 years of experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support or a related field
