Product Manager, Customer Support API Platform

About the role

HP is looking for a Product Manager for its Customer Support API Platform in Sant Cugat del Valles. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the APIs and integration capabilities that connect customer support experiences, applications, partners and AI-powered services worldwide. The role works across business, engineering, architecture and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable and reusable platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of the Customer Support API Platform.
• Define and prioritise platform capabilities based on business value, customer needs and technology strategy.
• Drive API adoption and developer engagement across internal and external consumers.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable platform services.
• Establish API standards, governance, security and operational excellence practices.
• Enable AI, automation, analytics and digital experiences through modern API capabilities.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve platform value and adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across business and technology to align priorities and investments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, Software Engineering or related technology roles.
• Experience managing APIs, integration platforms or developer-facing products.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into product roadmaps and delivered outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influence skills.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product teams.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of API design, cloud platforms, microservices and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud services and AI-enabled ecosystems.
