Customer Experience Agent Intern

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in exclusive luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for an intern to join its Customer Service team in Barcelona. You will support travelers throughout their journey, from booking to their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email
• Support travelers with their online bookings
• Provide personalized post-sales support, ensuring bookings are properly received by partners and handling special requests
• Manage booking modifications and cancellations
• Handle administrative tasks such as organizing activities and transfers and sending travel documents
• Contribute to the company's performance and customer satisfaction goals

Required profile

• Native French speaker fluent in English and Spanish
• Interest in sales and business development with a customer-oriented approach
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Project management and data analysis knowledge is a plus
