Customer Service & Collections Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Collections Agent to join our global outsourcing team. In this position you will deliver professional customer support while assisting with collection activities, helping customers resolve outstanding balances and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, solution‑focused manner.
• Assist customers with account, billing, and payment questions.
• Discuss outstanding balances and support collection efforts respectfully.
• Explain payment options and work with customers to arrange suitable payment plans.
• Process payments and other account transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Complete follow‑up actions to fully resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex cases.
