Customer Service Representative – Dutch & French (Barcelona)

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Dutch‑ and French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. You will work on‑site, providing high‑quality support to our customers while collaborating with colleagues from across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Dutch, French and English.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and French (C1/C2).
- Good command of English.
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain.
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
