About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Dutch and French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. This on‑site position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Dutch and French, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with an international team to resolve client inquiries.
Required profile
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and French (C1/C2).
- Good level of English.
- EU passport or valid work authorization.
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
