Customer Service Representative – Dutch & French (On-site, Barcelona)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. You will support customers in Dutch and French, handling inquiries through our CRM platform and helping them with product selection, quotations, and order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls using the CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders in the SAP system.
• Communicate expected delivery times and expedite orders.
• Provide basic product advice based on catalogue knowledge.
• Deliver first‑level technical assistance to identify customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, with advanced English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in technical products and willingness to stay on the project for at least two years.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system.
• Proficiency in SAP for order and quotation management.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00).
