Customer Service Representative – Dutch & French (On-site)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. You will work on‑site, handling customer interactions, creating quotations and orders, and providing first‑level technical assistance while supporting well‑known brands across more than 70 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls using the CRM agent portal.
• Create quotations and orders through the SAP system.
• Expedite shipments and communicate expected delivery times to customers.
• Offer basic product advice based on catalogue knowledge.
• Provide first‑level technical assistance to identify customer requirements for products and services.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, with advanced English.
• Minimum high‑school education.
• Interest in the technical field and willingness to stay on the project for at least two years.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and commercial awareness.
• Business‑focused attitude to engage effectively with contacts.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00.
• Base salary of €21,000 gross per year plus a €4,000 gross annual bonus.
