About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks Dutch and French to join our international on‑site team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in Dutch and French via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with occasional translation of customer communications.
Required profile
- Fluent speaking, reading and writing in both Dutch and French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual salary of €21,000 plus a €4,000 bonus.
- Relocation support.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00–18:00 (39 hours/week).
