Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaker

About the role

MSX International, a global leader in automotive business services active in more than 80 countries, is hiring a Customer Service Agent for its Barcelona Contact Center. You will be the main point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, handling their cases professionally and ensuring a positive service experience. The position is based in Barcelona, starts with an on-site adaptation period and then becomes hybrid (50% remote).

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle complex and escalated cases, monitoring them until resolution.
• Escalate cases to higher-level or specialized teams when needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with project KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual Dutch speaker.
• Good English (B2-C1).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, customer relations or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, including sales and after-sales, is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (basic PowerPoint and Excel).
