Fashion Support Consultant (Finnish)

About the role

A leading multinational technology BPO business is recruiting a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant in Malaga, Spain, via David Kennedy Recruitment. The position is full-time and on-site, in the centre of Malaga.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer interactions by phone, email, chat, voicemail or automated alerts.
• Record and update customer details and case information in the call or ticket management system.
• Provide timely responses and effective resolutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and client-specific applications.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the right internal teams or supervisors.
• Follow established processes, procedures and quality standards, and complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Finnish (C1 level), with strong written and spoken Finnish and English fluency.
• Strong customer service orientation, active listening and ability to take ownership of cases until resolution or escalation.
• Adaptability to different customer situations and good problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Basic technical knowledge of IT systems such as Windows, Microsoft Office and internet configurations.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
