Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Nutreco as a Customer Service Representative and play a key part in delivering service excellence for a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed. You will support smooth customer operations across commercial and supply‑chain processes, ensuring orders are handled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, maintaining accurate data.
• Provide first‑line support, answer customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and contract renewals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and product information in ERP/CRM systems.
• Support logistics and supply‑chain activities related to customer orders.

Required profile

• Responsible, proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or order management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems
