Customer Success Team Lead

About the role

INFINNI is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Team Lead to shape and scale a world‑class Customer Success organisation. You will manage a team of Mid and Senior Customer Success Managers, partner with the Head of Customer Success, and drive operational excellence while leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Customer Success Managers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and superior customer outcomes.
• Explore, implement, and scale AI‑driven workflows, tools, and agents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of people‑leadership experience, preferably in Customer Success or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and future leaders.
• Strong business English; additional European language highly desirable.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
