Cybersecurity Incident Responder – Hybrid (Pharma)

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Incident Responder to join our global pharma enterprise. You will lead the detection, containment, and remediation of complex security incidents while advancing our overall security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and reports to identify potential incidents.
• Perform in‑depth incident analysis, including root‑cause investigation and impact assessment.
• Coordinate with Level 2 analysts and IT teams to contain and remediate threats.
• Lead incident response activities across complex enterprise environments.
• Conduct digital forensics investigations, collecting and analyzing evidence from endpoints.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures and documentation.
• Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of security controls.
• Support creation and maintenance of security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on incident response experience in enterprise settings.
• Strong expertise in digital forensics and evidence handling.
• Proficiency with forensic tools such as KAPE and UAC.
• Experience investigating and managing complex cybersecurity incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, BTL2, GCIH, GCFR, GCFA, GREM) are highly valued.
• Red‑team experience is a plus.
