Danish-Speaking Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Nordic Talent is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Consultant for Viking Assistance, a roadside assistance provider active in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will receive and answer phone calls from customers needing roadside help, often the first person they speak with when something unexpected happens on the road. The role is office-based in Torrevieja, Spain, and requires fluent Danish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers requiring roadside assistance and give them the right support.
• Work independently while staying focused on excellent customer service.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other when needed.
• Use several systems to resolve issues efficiently and help partners in the insurance and automotive sectors.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service.
• Fluent spoken and written Danish and proficient spoken and written English.
• Clean criminal record.
• Comfortable working alone and in a team, with good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, solution-oriented and able to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Good skills with data, technology and digital systems.
• Confident using digital tools and the phone as main work tools.
• Able to work comfortably across multiple systems at once.
