Customer Support Specialist (UKI Market)

About the role

Bridgestone's Webfleet, a fleet management solution used by more than 50,000 businesses worldwide, is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist for its UKI (United Kingdom & Ireland) team. You will join a team of nine colleagues based in Barcelona and report to the Regional Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and technical and administrative support through phone and email
• Solve customer issues and inquiries personally while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
• Proactively manage customer expectations
• Keep the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date with all customer service information
• Work with colleagues and other departments to give customers thorough, researched answers

Required profile

• Successful experience in a technical customer support or similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in the UKI market
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn new products and technologies
• Proactive, reactive and detail-oriented under pressure, able to follow standard processes and service levels
• Team player
• Previous CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
