Data Consultant – Palantir

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a Data Consultant to join its Data Strategy & Governance practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients turn data into a strategic asset, using the Palantir Foundry platform to deliver integrated analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design transparent data architectures that ensure reliability, quality, and accessibility for critical business functions.
• Lead cross‑functional data centralisation initiatives to unlock insights across operations, production, supply chains, and customer engagement.
• Define and implement data‑governance models tailored to industry‑specific challenges.
• Drive change‑management efforts to foster a data‑driven culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, hybrid data solutions that integrate advanced analytics, fraud detection, or process optimisation.
• Leverage Palantir Foundry to design and implement data integration pipelines, enhance traceability, and enable real‑time insights.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Previous consulting experience is highly valuable.
• Experience developing PySpark code following best practices.
• Interest in data architectures, system integrations and selecting optimal tools for each use case.
• Self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, decisive and result‑oriented.
• Strong interest in technology, its business impact, and Palantir technologies.
