Data Monitoring & Client Operations Specialist

About the role

Amex GBT is looking for a Data Monitoring and Client Operations Specialist to join a team that supports its customers at conferences and meetings. The role acts as an effective partner to the meeting planners and serves as team leader for accurate and timely meetings data feeding, monitored through the company's own systems and those of the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly data monitoring check-ins, event website setup and registration administration, and attendee check-in and reporting
• Real-time troubleshooting for stakeholders and planners
• MAPP platform guidance and updates, TOV reporting administration, monthly Cvent KPI validation, and data review documentation
• Purchase order receipt and assignment, centralized administrative support, and vendor onboarding and payment processing assistance
• Cvent and Meetings Central proficiency, including weekly data validation before events, reconciliation and accuracy checks, Data Angels modification oversight, and event closure system management
• Daily stakeholder communication and acting as the primary data contact for Spain and regional markets at monthly audit level

Required profile

• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in evolving environments
• Effective collaboration with meeting planners and partners
• Fluent bilingual support in Spanish and English

Required skills

• Advanced Cvent and Meetings Central knowledge
• Hands-on support for data validation, reconciliation and event closure
