Data Scientist – AI & Data Projects

About the role

Ventós Group is building a new Data and Artificial Intelligence department to drive AI initiatives across its global operations. As a Data Scientist you will design, develop, and productise end‑to‑end AI solutions while supporting the upskilling of colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualisation to uncover patterns, generate insights and define new use cases.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, from prototype (PoC) to data processing, model development and productisation.
• Maintain and evolve deployed AI projects.
• Train and upskill Ventós employees on the adoption and use of AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data or AI environments.
• Knowledge of data analysis, visualisation, machine learning, inference, optimisation and database design.
• Experience with back‑end programming, API development and generative AI (LLMs).
