Database Operator - Swedish Native Speaker (Homebased from Spain)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Database Operator who is a native Swedish speaker and works from home in Spain. The role is part of a multicultural team and focuses on keeping product databases accurate, consistent and reliable, working with colleagues across different countries and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Swedish market, ensuring high data accuracy and quality.
• Classify, standardize and organize product information according to company guidelines, hierarchies and business rules.
• Identify and implement updates, corrections and enhancements to existing reference files.
• Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies and enrich database content.
• Investigate and resolve routine data issues and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Perform regular quality checks and apply corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures and data management activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Native Swedish speaker with a good level of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in data entry, database maintenance, data management or a similar administrative role is highly valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
