DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for improving the reliability, scalability and performance of fundcraft’s infrastructure and application services. You will design, implement and maintain cloud‑based solutions while ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. The role is based in Girona, Spain and reports to the Lead DevOps Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure that meets performance, scalability and security requirements.
• Architect and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and reduce deployment times.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to guarantee system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers and QA to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex operational issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
• Develop automation scripts to minimise manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and application deployments.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with DevOps principles, practices and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
