DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Red Points’ engineering team. You will help protect brands online by building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our Digital Risk Protection AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate multiple EKS Kubernetes clusters (10+), including scaling, upgrades and security.
• Design, develop and maintain Helm charts and Terraform modules following best‑practice modularization.
• Create and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus queries (with Thanos) for observability.
• Implement log collection and monitoring using Loki.
• Develop automation scripts in Python or shell to streamline operational tasks.
• Administer AWS resources and support cloud‑native deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Kubernetes environments and developing Helm charts.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, especially modular design and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services, preferably EKS.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and Loki.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work collaboratively.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
