Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead growth‑focused campaigns for world‑renowned nightlife destinations such as Pacha Ibiza and Destino Five Ibiza, while supporting the brand’s international expansion, including the launch of Pacha NYC. Based in Ibiza, you will work at the intersection of music, hospitality and culture to create unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives revenue, bookings, ticket sales and brand growth.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across paid media, CRM, email marketing, social media and partnership channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximise ROAS.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and multi‑channel delivery.
• Oversee analytics, tracking and conversion measurement to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities, new audience segments and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, artists and external partners to deliver successful campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate revenue and bookings.
• Ability to plan, manage and optimise campaigns across paid media, CRM, email and social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and multi‑channel execution.
• Capability to identify growth opportunities, new audience segments and strategic partnerships.
