Digital Marketing Specialist – Madrid

About the role

Fever is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to lead strategy and execution of high‑visibility campaigns for exclusive cultural and entertainment experiences. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive audience engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy for Fever’s experiences and partner events.
• Design and launch performance‑driven digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to analyse performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Manage regional P&L and a sizable marketing budget.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Build and mentor a local marketing team to scale experiences.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, especially paid social.
• Native‑level Dutch and strong English communication skills.
• Proven marketing background with a data‑driven mindset.
• Motivation to work in Madrid and grow within Fever.
