Digital Paid Media Specialist, EMEA (Fully Remote)

About the role

Henry Schein is looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise PPC campaigns across the EMEA region in a fast-paced, international environment. The role sits within the Digital Marketing & Revenue Acquisition team, directly impacting business growth, and is fully remote with less than 10% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms
• Monitor daily performance of EMEA PPC campaigns and run optimisations
• Lead Google Shopping campaigns, including optimisation, expansion and feed management
• Run regular account audits and analyse data to generate insights and recommendations
• Keep strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, and create ad copy and assets using AI tools where applicable
• Work with the Analytics team on tracking and measurement, and report on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA and conversion rate
• Manage budgets to maximise ROI, support automation and AI-driven optimisation, and contribute to SEO and digital strategy discussions
• Help build and optimise HubSpot landing pages, including A/B testing and CRO

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (EMEA or international scope preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Eligible to work within the EU
• High level of English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Landing page tools such as HubSpot or similar
• Experience managing large budgets and multi-country campaigns
• Google Ads certification is a plus; agency experience is advantageous but not required
