Director of Product

About the role

Zynga is seeking a Director of Product to lead the creation of unforgettable social gaming experiences for a global audience. As part of the Central Product Management (CPM) organization, you will guide multiple product teams through the full lifecycle of complex, data‑driven games.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product strategy for several flagship titles, aligning roadmaps with user insights and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, analytics, publishing) to define specifications, solve design challenges, and ensure scalability.
• Drive research initiatives and champion the adoption of innovative game technologies.
• Mentor and manage CPM team members, providing guidance to junior product managers and fostering a culture of data‑informed decision making.
• Set clear, measurable objectives, monitor product performance, and adjust plans to achieve positive business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop product management talent.
