Director / Senior Director, Content Strategy (EU)

About the role

As a member of Veeva’s Strategy team, you will drive the growth and adoption of Veeva’s Commercial Content products across Europe. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, influence product innovation, and act as a thought leader for existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sustain and grow Veeva’s PromoMats business in Europe.
• Own P&L for the customer segment, expanding both current and new accounts.
• Provide strategic input to sales teams to generate new opportunities.
• Guide product development with insights on marketing and MLR needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across the customer lifecycle.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles.
• Build a community of evangelist customers and foster peer collaboration.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in the life‑sciences industry or as a solution provider/consultant.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and ability to advise on product adoption.
• High‑level knowledge of Marketing Operations and MLR business processes.
• Proven success in customer‑facing roles with a results‑driven mindset.
• CEO‑level mentality to drive outcomes internally and externally.
• Ability to develop and execute strategy across product, marketing, and consulting.
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
